Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.    Responsible for the installation and programming of electronic devices for Security, Access Control, CCTV and other systems. The installer is responsible for installing the products in the most efficient and effective manner. All installations must meet the highest quality standards set forth by Sentrixx Security Solutions, while assuring a professional and safe working environment.

Responsibilities:  Other duties may be assigned, Including construction and service 

• Installation of IP cameras
• Installation of Network Video Recorders
• Installation of wire terminations per Sentrixx standards 
• Installation & configuration of software applications for processors and PC servers
• Installation of associated access control hardware
• Programming and configuration of IP Camera systems and Access Control
• Reading and comprehension of project drawings and system schematics

Education:   Relevant experience with access control, CCTV, or Intrusion Alarm systems. 

Language Skills:  Must be able to effectively present and receive information in English, both formally and informally.  Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical specifications, architectural drawings, construction documentation and electrical diagrams.  Ability to write business correspondence.  Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.  Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.  Must be able to attend and interact successfully in job progress meetings internally and externally to the organization. 

Other Skills:  Must be familiar with commercial access control, CCTV, and Intrusion alarm systems. Ability to work closely with others and practice productive people skills including coaching and training.
